基于姿态传感器的脊柱形态测量技术

         

摘要

In the light of the radiological and unportable characteristics of the spinal column, a non X-ray morphology measurement technique based on the attitude sensor was designed. The relationship between the attitude angle of the attitude sensor and the measurement of the human spinal column is analyzed,and the realization method of measuring the multi Cobb angle is designed. The posture measurement device based on posture sensor is used to read the pitch angle and the yaw angle of the posture sensor through the MCU. After calculating the Cobb angle through the algorithm,LCD is used to display the spinal spinous process posture information and the Cobb angle data to reflect the spine shape. Through experimental verification and analysis,the measurement error based on the attitude sensor measurement technology is within ±2°,and meets the requirements of repeatable measurement. The reliability of the instrument is greater than 0.8.%基于X线测量脊柱形态的放射性、不易携带性等特点,设计出基于姿态传感器的非X线的脊柱形态测量技术.分析了姿态传感器的姿态角在人体脊柱测量过程中的转换关系,以及设计出多Cobb角的测量的实现方法.基于姿态传感器的脊柱形态测量设备是通过单片机读取姿态传感器的俯仰角和偏航角后经过算法计算出Cobb角,采用LCD显示采集到的脊柱棘突姿态信息和反映脊柱形态的Cobb角数据.通过实验验证分析基于姿态传感器测量技术的测量误差在±2°内,而且满足可重复测量要求,测量仪的可靠性大于0.8.
