射线管道爬行器用磁传感器∗

         

摘要

介绍一种用于射线管道爬行器定位和控制的管道爬行器电磁传感器,利用低频交变磁场能穿透钢制管道壁的原理。它由位于管道外部的磁发射器和管道内部的磁接收传感器组成,磁发射器由电池、稳压电路、直流电动机和钕铁硼永磁旋转体组成,由电池经稳压供电的直流电动机带动钕铁硼永磁旋转体旋转;磁发射器在管道外表局部空间产生交变磁场,在管道内部形成漏磁场,磁接收传感器由感应线圈、限幅器、仪表放大器、检波电路、积分电路、比较电路和防抖电路组成,输出一个开关量信号供爬行器使用,经过长期大范围使用,达到了代替原来放射性物质控制的作用,定位精度满足射线透照要求。%This paper introduces a kind of electromagnetic sensors for pipeline ray pipeline crawler positioning and control of the crawler,principle can penetrate the steel pipe wall using low frequency alternating magnetic field. It is composed of a magnetic transmitter located in pipeline external and internal magnetic sensor,magnetic emitter con ̄sists of a battery,a voltage stabilizing circuit,a DC motor and a neodymium iron boron permanent magnet rotator,battery driven by DC motor regulated power supply of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet rotor rotation;mag ̄netic transmitter produces alternating magnetic field in the pipe with outer local space,formed in the internal pipe ̄line leakage magnetic field,magnetic sensor by the induction coil,the instrumentation amplifier,limiter,detection circuit,integrated circuit,a comparison circuit and anti shake circuit,the output of a switch signal is used for craw ̄ling,after long ̄term use on a large scale,to replace the original radioactive substances control,positioning accuracy to meet the requirements of radiographic.
