Objective To analyze the relations between mobile phone dependence syndrome and Eysenck personal-ity traits of medical college students.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate 1,073 students in a medical college by using general data questionnaire,questionnaire of mobile phone use,college students' mobile phone addiction tendency scale(MPATS),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).Results 13.14% of the partic-ipants were examined to have mobile phone dependence syndrome.The junior students had significantly higher scores than sophomores and freshmen in total score of mobile phone dependence and withdrawal symptom score(P<0.05) .Except for prominence behaviors,the students in the love remarkably higher in total score of mobile phone depend-ence and all other aspect scores than the students not in the love(P<0.05).The scores of the group with mobile phone dependence were higher than those without in personality dimensions of N(neurosis)and P(psychoticism), while in L(lie)dimension,the mobile phone dependence group scored lower(P<0.05).College students' mobile phone dependence was positively correlated with N(neurosis)and P(psychoticism),and negatively correlated with L (lie)(P< 0.05).In further regression analysis,grade,whether in love,mobile phone using everyday,frequency of mobile phone use every week,N(neurosis)and P(psychoticism)were mobile phone dependence syndrome fac-tors.Conclusion Seniors,students in love,high neurosis and high psychoticism college students are more vulnerable to mobile phone dependence.%目的 分析医学专科大学生手机依赖综合征与人格特质之间的关系.方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、手机使用情况调查表、大学生手机成瘾倾向量表(MPATS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对某医学专科1073名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 医学专科大学生手机依赖综合征检出率为13.14%;大三学生手机依赖总分、戒断症状得分显著高于大二、大一学生(P<0.05);恋爱中大学生除了突显行为外,手机依赖总分和其他各维度得分均显著高于没有恋爱的大学生(P<0.05);手机依赖组在神经质(N)、精神质(P)维度的得分高于非手机依赖组,掩饰性(L)维度得分低于非手机依赖组(P<0.05);手机依赖综合征与神经质、精神质呈正相关,与掩饰性呈负相关;进一步分析发现,年级、是否恋爱、神经质、精神质都是手机依赖综合征的影响因素.结论 高年级、恋爱中、高神经质、高精神质的大学生更易发生手机依赖综合征.
