道路交通事故的成因和地区分布特点研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the causes and distribution characteristics of road traffic crashes in Guil-in.Methods We analyzed the data of road traffic crashes in 2007-2014 of Guilin to explore the causes features and distribution characteristics of road traffic crashes and road traffic injuries in different regions.Results The incidence of road traffic crashes was on the declining curve.The driver was the major factor leading to road traffic crashes and the leading causes of road traffic crashes for drivers were illegal giving way and over-speed;the incidence of road traffic crashes of Qixing district is the highest(31.52%),and the maximum percentage of number of road traffic in-juries was Xiangshan district,and the mortality of road traffic injuries in Yanshan district was significantly higher than others districts(P<0.05);More than 70% of road traffic crashes occurred on city general road,but road traffic crashes occurred on the second class roads usually cause the most serious results and had significantly high mortality of road traffic injuries(P<0.05).Conclusion There are regional differences on the road traffic accident rate and fa-tality rate.Corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of traffic injuries should be formulate according to the different types and different roads.%目的 探讨桂林市道路交通事故的分布特征.方法 通过对2007—2014年桂林市交通事故资料的研究,分析桂林市道路交通事故趋势、事故原因、地区分布以及不同道路类型事故特征.结果 2007—2014年桂林市道路交通事故发生率总体呈下降趋势,道路交通事故原因中以机动车驾驶人的因素为主,直接原因主要以驾驶人不按规定让行、超速行驶行为为主;道路交通事故发生率以七星区(31.52%)最多,受伤人数比例以象山区(29.15%)最高,致死率以雁山区为首高达21.38%,与各城区的致死率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);道路交通事故主要发生于城市一般道路(79.65%),二级道路交通事故致死率(25.79%)与其他道路类型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 道路交通事故发生率和致死率呈区域分布,并根据道路类型不同而迥异,应根据道路类型和交通事故伤害特征制定相应措施,从而减少交通伤害的发生.
