Private Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinics provide most of the TCM services in Hong Kong and Taiwan recently with health development,a sound system and a style more open open-up.The mainland can learn from this.By review and analysis of literatures and materials collected from the website of the health ministries in Hong Kong and Taiwan and database like CNKI,this article summarizes practical experience data of private TCM in both areas.A regulation system featured with"easy in,strict management",like loose registry system,control of the TCM treatment,continued education of TCM physicians and transparent pricing,make the health and sound development of private TCM clinics possible in Hong Kong and Taiwan.%在近代,我国港台地区的社会办中医是中医医疗机构的主要力量,发展态势健康,其良好的制度与开放的方式值得大陆学习借鉴.通过对我国港台地区卫生行政部门的网页和CNKI等数据库的文献资料的收集分析,获得港台地区社会办中医的实际经验数据.港台地区的社会办中医管理以其宽松的备案注册制度、传统中医治疗方法控制、中医师继续教育制度和自由透明的定价等特色,对社会办中医采取宽进严管的管理制度,形成了良好健康的发展势态.
