目的：分析尘肺病对患病农民家庭收入与基本支出状况的作用，研究尘肺病对中国患病农民工家庭经济状况的影响。方法对我国8个外出务工大省20个尘肺病农民相对聚集的村庄中的424名尘肺病农民和同村的111名非尘肺病农民进行问卷调查。结果在控制年龄、教育、婚姻、上学与工作子女因素后，尘肺病导致患病农民家庭相比起非患病农民家庭人均收入下降了65.7%(P =0.002)，并导致患病农民家庭的基本支出增加了21.0%(P =0.030)。结论尘肺病对患病家庭经济状况产生了显著影响。%Objectives To evaluate the impact of Pneumoconiosis on household income and basic consumption of farmers suffering from pneumoconiosis.Methods 424 farmers with Pneumoconiosis and 1 1 1 free of this disease were sampled from 20 villages in 20 provinces and surveyed by a questionnaire.Results By controlling the age,edu-cation and marriage,the findings indicates that Pneumoconiosis could reduce of household income by 65.7% (P =0.002)and increase of basic household spending by 21.0% (P =0.030).Conclusions Pneumoconiosis has funda-mental negative impact on household income and living standard.
