基于健康变动的视角，利用2002年、2005年和2008年中国老年健康长寿纵向调查数据构建序列 Logistic逐步回归模型，分析我国老年人入住护理机构的影响因素。结果表明，认知功能下降对我国老年人从社区向护理机构转移有显著影响。与认知功能不变或转好的老年人相比，认知功能变差的老年人入住护理机构的可能性要高67%。其他风险因素包括高龄、男性、城市居民、未婚、独居、较少的经常看望子女数、受教育程度高、认知功能差等。建议通过提高老年人的健康水平，发挥代际支持和家庭照料功能，以减轻老年人入住护理机构的风险。%Based on the perspective of health changing,the 2002,2005 and 2008 waves of Chinese longitudinal healthy longevity survey and the sequence logistic regression method were used to examine risk factors of nursing home admission among older adults in China.The results show that the decline of cognitive function is a significant risk factor of nursing home admission.Compared to the elders whose cognitive function increased or remained,the likelihood of institutionalization for elders with declined cognitive function increased 67%.The other risk factors in-cluded advanced age,male,urban residents,living alone,had fewer high-contact children,higher education,and lower cognition score.Appropriate policies and programs should be implemented to improve the older people's health,to strengthen intergenerational support as well as to develop family care system to support aging-in-place.
