Objectives To evaluate the effect of one-man colonscopy teaching and propose improvement measures. Methods Questionnaires survey mainly regarding one-man colonscopy success rate,time to reach the ileocecal valve and patient discomfort index,were done among 20 physicians learning one-man colonscopy between June 2012 to December 2014 at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong Universi-ty of Science and Technology.Results One-man colonscopy success rate,time to reach the ileocecal valve and pa-tient discomfort index were 37.00 ± 1 5.59%,31.75 ± 10.30 min,5.85 ± 1.35 for the first 10 cases;46.25 ± 18.42%,25.85 ± 7.27 min,4.95 ± 0.95 for the first 30 ones;66.75 ± 1 7.49%,20.45 ± 7.97 min,4.00 ± 1.30 at the end of teaching;76.40 ± 1 9.1 5%,1 6.60 ± 7.26 min,3.60 ± 1.47 in this survey.Comparisons be-tween groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).One-man colonscopy success rate,time to reach the ileocecal valve and patient discomfort index were positively,negatively and negatively correlated to trainees'operation case number respectively.90% of the trainees considered that the most important thing was to learn how to pull spin. Conclusions The questionnaire helps to learn about trainees'one-man colonscopy study situation.During the teach-ing process of one-man colonscopy,strengthen the teacher qualification system,set goals for trainees and emphasize key points of teaching,so that to improve the teaching quality.%目的:评估单人肠镜教学效果,提出教学改进措施。方法对2012年6月-2014年12月间参加华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院单人肠镜学习的20名医师进行问卷调查,主要包括操作例数、单人肠镜操作成功率、到达回盲部时间及病人难受指数等内容。结果单人肠镜操作成功率、到达回盲部时间、病人难受指数的前10例操作分别为37.00±15.59(%)、31.75±10.30 min、5.85±1.35;前30例操作分别为46.25±18.42(%)、25.85±7.27 min、4.95±0.95;教学结束时分别为66.75±17.49(%)、20.45±7.97 min、4.00±1.30;问卷调查时各指标分别为76.40±19.15(%)、16.60±7.26 min、3.60±1.47,不同阶段比较 P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。单人肠镜成功率与学员操作例数呈正相关,而到达回盲部时间、病人难受指数则与学员操作例数呈负相关。90%的学员认为最重要的是学会旋拉。结论通过调查问卷有助于了解学员的学习情况。单人肠镜教学过程中,应严格带教老师资格审查制度、设立目标机制、强调关键环节教学,更好提高教学质量。
