目的 评价结核病专科医院与结防机构合作模式下,武汉市结核病防治工作效果,为完善医防合作策略提供借鉴.方法 总结武汉市结核病专科医院与结防机构合作模式的具体实施办法,对实施此模式的4个行政区的结核病防治相关指标数据进行整理、分析,评价结防工作效果.结果 肺结核患者发现率在70%以上,疫情报告率、转诊到位率、系统管理率及涂阳接触者筛查率均超过结核病防治规划的目标要求,而追踪到位率仅江岸区达到目标要求.结论 结核病专科医院与结防机构合作模式下,武汉市结防工作整体效果较好,但仍需进一步加强结防机构与专科医院的密切合作,提高出院患者转诊到位率,抓好患者追踪工作.%Objectives To evaluate the control effect of tuberculosis(TB) under the cooperation model of TB special hospitals and tuberculosis dispensaries in Wuhan, and to provide a scientific basis on improving this cooperation strategy. Methods The specific practice of the cooperation model of TB special hospitals and tuberculosis dispensaries was summarized in Wuhan, and the related index data of TB control was analyzed in the regions where the model is implemented and evaluate the effect of TB control. Results The detection rate of tuberculosis patients is more than 70％. The reported rate of epidemic situation, the screening rate of the contact person of smear positive patients and the rate of systematic management all exceed the objectives of TB control plan, but the tracking rate in place do not meet the request of TB control plan (except Jiang Han district). Conclusions Though the general effect of TB control under the cooperate model of TB special hospitals and tuberculosis dispensaries in Wuhan is good, the cooperation of TB special hospitals and TB dispensaries should be strengthened and the referral rate of discharged patients should be increased, we need to pay more special attention to the patients being tracked.
