运用博弈论作为分析工具,从我国医疗市场竞争的角度建立新进医院与原有医院之间的经营博弈模型.通过对模型的分析和比较,描述不同医院在不同情境之下进攻与防守的博弈,从而论证医院加强医疗市场经营决策分析的重要性.%This paper used game theory as an analytical tool to analyze the establishment of the new model of different levels of hospitals from the perspective of China's medical market competition. Through analysis and comparison of the model, the different situations in different hospitals under the offensive and defensive game was described, and thus the importance of decision made by the hospital managers under the intensive medical market was demonstrated.
