It is essential to promote client's positive transformation in psychotherapy. This paper systematically collected and summarized recent research literatures about the psychotherapy mechanism that facilitates client's positive transformation. It was found that there were common effective factors in the therapeutic process, such as the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist must be honest, trust worthy and full of care, the therapist need to work hard to help the client come to find personal goals and hopes, to mobilize the client to use personal resources, to touch his or her true feelings, to enhance self-control sense and initiatives, and to adapt new visions and put them into action.%促进当事人发生积极转变是心理治疗的实质和关键所在,通过系统结合并梳理当前国内外有关当事人积极转变的心理治疗机制的研究资料,发现心理治疗中促进当事人积极转变的有效因素有:强调良好的治疗关系;调动当事人的治疗期望和治疗动机;调动当事人的积极资源;触及当事人的情感体验;增强当事人的控制感;为当事人提供新的思维视角并付诸实践.
