构建内外协作网络是促进公共卫生服务体系建设的重要推力.在梳理卫生系统内外协作理念及政策依据的基础上,以深圳市福田区疾病预防控制中心构建"大疾控"网络的探索为例,分析公共卫生服务体系内外协作的主要问题,并针对性提出4项策略,即整合卫生部门内部资源、引导外部资源广泛参与、争取政府部门大力支持、树立公共卫生管理理念.%The construction of internal and external collaborative network is the important thrust of promoting the public health service system building. On the basis of marshaling the idea and the policy of internal and external collaborative of health system, we took the exploration of building center for disease control and prevention network of Futian as an example, analyzed the main problems of public health service system internal and external collaboration, and propose four specific strategies, such as integrating the internal resources of health system, guiding the external resources to participate extensively, striving for the government supporting and establishing the idea of public health management.
