The cultivation of postgraduates in clinical practice is crucial for the cultivation of surgery system, in particular to the postgraduates in the department of cardiovascular surgery. The positive working attitude, professional morality, clinical skills and operation procedures, technical innovation, clinical research, etc are the fundamental elements to become an excellent surgeon of cardiovascular diseases.
