The effects of 3 experiment factors,including TTC concentration,dying temperature and dying time for seed viability of pigeonpea were studied to find out the optimum dying conditions.The results showed that TTC method was a proper method for the seed viability test of pigeonpea,it could estimate the potential ability to seed germinant.After soaking seed 40 min in 30℃ water,in dark condition of dying temperature 40~50℃,TTC concentration 1.0%,dying time 40~60 min were the optimum dying conditions.TTC concentration has a certain linear relationship with dying time in testing seed viability.%试验研究TTC浓度、染色温度和染色时间对木豆种子生活力的影响,探寻木豆种子生活力测定的最佳条件。结果表明:TTC法能够很好地检测木豆种子生活力,可用来估测种子的潜在发芽能力。30℃下浸种40 min后,置于40~50℃黑暗条件下、TTC浓度1.0%、染色40~60 min为木豆种子生活力测定的最佳条件,TTC浓度和染色时间在生活力测定中呈一定的线性关系。
