Hemicriconemoides gaddi(Loos,1949)Chitwood & Birchfield,1957 was isolated and identified from the rhizosphere of Longan in Jinshan,Fuzhou.The optical and SEM observation and the morphometrics showed species'diagnostic characters as follows:two lip annules,not anteriorly directed,with no retrorse,the first one narrower than the second; anterior end of lip region flat-round,labial plate slighdy elevated,with 2 symmetrical reniform structures lying between a groove-like oral aperture; stylet 61.4～75.6 μm; vulva with no sheath,rarely with rudimentary sheath; distance from vulva to tail end 1.7～2.4 times body width at vulva; tail wide conoid,terminal conic round to obtuse round.The nematode's rDNA-ITS and 28 S rDNA-D2D3 region were amplified and analyzed,the sequence was 1008 bp and 768 bp,respectively.H.gaddi was the first report in China and Longan was its new host.%加德拟鞘线虫[Hemicriconemoides gaddi (Loos,1949)Chitwood & Birchfield,1957]是从福州市金山的龙眼根际土壤中分离并鉴定的.根据光学显微镜和扫描电镜的形态特征观察及形态测量,该线虫主要鉴别特征为:体环96～109个;唇环2个,不向前翘起或后倾,第1环窄于第2环；唇区顶端平圆,唇盘微隆起,被沟状口孔分隔为2个对称的肾形；口针长61.4～75.6 μm；阴门鞘无或退化;阴门至尾端距离为阴部体宽的1.7～2.4倍,尾部宽圆锥形,末端锥圆至钝圆.对H.gaddi的rDNA-ITS和28 S rDNA-D2D3区进行了测序和比对分析,并首次在Genbank登录,其序列大小分别为1008 bp和768 bp.加德拟鞘线虫为中国新纪录种,龙眼为寄主新纪录.
