23个茄子品种抗热性鉴定及其抗热机理的初步研究

         

摘要

对引进的23个茄子品种在福建地区利州夏季高温栽培对其抗热性进行鉴定评价.结果表明:参试品种在高温条件下其产量表现较大差异,所有品种均表现较严重的果实表面木栓化,其中海南枕头茄、南京紫长茄、紫苏山奇茄和益农长身红茄表现较好,在高温环境下可获得较高的产量且果实木栓化程度较低;同时也发现,高温条件下不同花柱类型花的比例与其产量高低无相关性.就同一品种而言,不同花柱类型花的花粉活力差异较大,超过80%的参试品种表现为长花柱类型花的花粉活力高于中短花柱类型;对水分代谢和光合作用的初步研究中发现,耐热性强的品种其束缚水的比例和叶绿素的含量较高.%An identification on heat resistance of 23 eggplant varieties was conducted in summer-autumn field conditionin. Yields showed a greater difference for all the tested varieties at high temperature. Almost all vaheties showed a more serious suberization of fruit skin. Eggplant Hainanzhengtou, Zihonghchang, Zisushan and Yinongchangsheng had gained higher output and fairly good quality than others under high temperature. In different varieties, production level and the ratio of different flower style was not relevant. For the same variety,flower pollen viability of different flower style was also quite different. It was found that, compared to the middlestyle and short-style flowers, the long-style flowers had higher pollen viability in more than 80% of the varieties in the experiment. Water metabolism and photosynthesis in the preliminary study showed that strong heat-resistant varieties had a higher proportion of bound water and strong photosynthetic capacity.
