SRTG9152-I基因是从盐生植物海马齿中分离的与K+离子抗性相关的新基因.本研究将SRTG152-I基因的编码区与mgfp荧光蛋白基因融合,定向克隆至植物表达载体pCAMBIA1304上,构建SRTG152-I基因植物瞬时表达载体.用基因枪法将该表达载体导人洋葱表皮细胞,然后在荧光显微镜下观察其在洋葱表皮细胞中的亚细胞定位,结果表明,SRTG152-I基因表达蛋白主要分布在洋葱表皮细胞膜或细胞壁上,说明该蛋白是一个与K+离子抗性相关的膜蛋白.%SRTG152-I is a new gene, which relates to K* tolerance and is isolated from the halophyte 5. Portulacastrum. In this research, the open reading frame of SRTG152-I was translationally fused with GFP gene, then inserted to plant expression vector pCAMBIA1304. The expression vector pCAMBIA1304 waa transformed into onion epidermal cells by particle bombardment method. The sub-cellular localization of the gene-product was observed in onion epidermal cells under fluorescent microscope. The result showed that the expression product of SRTG152-I was located at the onion membrane or cell wall. Thus, it is deduced that SRTG152-I is a K+-resistant membrane protein.
