中国芭蕉属野生种表型性状和SSR多样性分析

         

摘要

采用表型性状和SSR分子标记2种聚类方法对中国分布的3组12份野生蕉进行多样性分析,表型聚类以芭蕉属种质资源25核心表型性状为依据,将供试材料分为两大类,其中染色体数为10对的红花蕉组分为一组,染色体数为11对的真蕉组和观赏蕉组分为一组.除M.basioo分到观赏蕉组外,其他的材料因形态特征的明显差异分为真蕉组和观赏蕉组两个亚类.SSR分子标记采用12对多态性较好的SSR引物,共产生51个多态性条带,供试的12个材料相似系数范围为0.60~0.96,供试材料分为3类,供试的真蕉组材料和M.paracoccinea、M.yunnanensis 聚为一组,观赏蕉组的材料聚为一组,红花蕉组的M.coccinea聚为一组.研究结果表明,我国野生蕉种质资源丰富,对其分类需将形态特征与分子标记相结合进行综合分析.%The genetic diversity among 12 species wild bananas distributing China was studied using two methods of cluster annalysis based on phenotypic characters and SSR molecular markers. Phenotype clustering based on 25 core phenotypes, all the materials were divided into two group, the Callimusa section as a group by the chromosome number for 10, the Eumusa section and Rhodochlamys section as another group by the chromosome number for 11. In addition to M. Basjoo, Eumusa section and Rhodochlamys section were divided into two subgroups by the different morphological characters. 51 polymorphic alleles were produced with the method of SSR molecular marker analysis from 12 pairs primer,whose similarity coefficients vary from 0.60 to 0.90. The UPGMA clustering analysis was performed. All the materials were divided into three groups. The Eumusa section, M. Paracoccinea and M. Yunnanensis gathered for a group, the Rhodochlamys section clusterd for another group, and M. Coccinea clusterd for a single bunch. Research results show that China has abundant wild bananas, in order to determine the relationship among those species, we'd better to combine the morphological characteristics and molecular markers for comprehensive analysis.
