Sixteen patients with pseudoaneurysms of peripheral arteries were examined by ultrasonic Doppler.The diagnostic accurate rate was 100%.The main ultrasonic features of pseudoaneurysm consisted of a mass adjacent to the artery with color Doppleer signal,the artery connected to it through a rupture hole,the mass became small or disappeared when the artery proximal to it gcas pressed.%用超声多普勒检查16例周围动脉假性动脉瘤结果表明,诊断正确率为100%.超声表现主要是动脉附近有肿块出现,动脉有破口与之相通,肿块内有彩色血流信号和(或)频谱血流信号,压迫肿块近心端动脉时肿块变小或消失.
