目的 通过实时三维经食管超声心动图检查对心房颤动患者的左心耳进行定量分析,评估左心耳功能.方法 选取120例经食管超声心动图检查的患者分为三组,正常对照组、房颤无血栓组及房颤血栓组,测量各组左心耳的多项参数进行统计分析.结果 正常对照组、房颤无血栓组及房颤血栓组左心耳的PEV、TDI-S、TDI-L、Dsr-S、Dsr-L、2D-FAC、3D-FAC逐渐减低,且各组间有统计学差异.结论 实时三维经食管超声心动图检查可对左心耳功能进行定量分析,给房颤诊疗提供重要的临床信息.%Objective To evaluate the left atrial appendage (LAA) function in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) through quantitative analysis with real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography(RT-3DTEE).Methods 120 patients undergoing RT-3DTEE were divided into three groups:the normal control group,nonthrombus atrial fibrillation group and atrial fibrillation thromboembolism group,and a number of parameters of the left atrial appendage were measured for statistical analysis.Results PEV,TDI-S,TDI-L,Dsr-S,Dsr-L,2D-FAC,3D-FAC of the left atrial appendage was gradually decreased in the normal control group,non-thrombus atrial fibrillation group and atrial fibrillation thromboembolism group,and there were statistical differences among groups.Conclusions Realtime three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography can be used for quantitative analysis of left atrial appendage function and provide important clinical information for atrial fibrillation diagnosis.
