采用Andersen-微生物空气样品收集器,选用普通营养琼脂和金黄色葡萄球菌选择培养基对一个种鸡场舍环境空气进行监测。其需氧菌含量从3.12×104到9.01×105,金黄色葡萄球菌含量波动于2.0×103~3.3×104 CFU/m3之间。根据微生物气溶胶颗粒在Andersen-收集器不同层级上的分离情况得知,22.5%的需氧菌、1.8%的金黄色葡萄球菌气溶胶颗粒的空气动力学直径(d50)为Φ0.65~2.1μm,它们能进入人、畜的肺泡,对人畜呼吸道构成感染威胁。%The total number of airborne aerobic bacteria of the air in one hen house was between 3.12×104 and 2.71×105 CFU/m3 air. The concentration of S.aureus ranged from 2.0×103~3.3×104 CFU/m3 respectivly, collected by Andersen sampler. From the distribution of collected aerosol particle on the single stages of the Andersen sampler, it indicated that almost 29.9% airborne aerobic bacteria and 1.8% airborne S.aureus must be carried by particle with an aerodynamic diameters between 2.1—0.65 μm. They occurred in form of single bacteria cell, which can reach alveolus of people and animals and can make infectious threatening for their health.
