Immune relationship between conjunctiva-associated lymphoid tissue (CALT) and Harderian Gland(HG) during the ocular immune response was studied. It was found that the titre of NDV-specific IgA、IgM in tears and the number of plasma cells of IgA、IgM isotype in HG of the CALT-excised group were significantly lower than that of the untreated group (P＜0.05). But there were no significantly differences in the titre of NDV-specific IgG in tears and the number of plasma cells of IgG isotype in HG between the two groups(p＞0.05). This indicates that CALT could promote the production of IgA、IgM in tears but had no significant effect on the production of IgG.%采用ELISA、免疫组织化学方法、手术切除结膜相关淋巴组织(Conjunctiva-associated Lymphoid Tissue，CALT)法对结膜相关淋巴组织和哈氏腺(Harderian Gland，HG)在点眼免疫应答过程中的相互协同关系进行了研究。研究发现，采用外科手术于1日龄切除结膜相关淋巴组织后切除组点眼免疫后泪液中NDV-特异性IgA、IgM型抗体滴度及哈氏腺中IgA、IgM型浆细胞的数量均显著低于正常免疫组(P＜0．05)，而两组间泪液中NDV-特异性IgG型抗体滴度及哈氏腺中IgG型浆细胞数量无显著差异。
