雄激素对卵泡的生长及发育具有双重作用.适量的雄激素可以促进卵泡的募集、生长及发育,减少卵泡闭锁;过高的雄激素则抑制卵泡的生长,诱导卵泡凋亡和闭锁,最终导致排卵障碍.近年来,国内外生殖中心在卵巢低反应患者超促排卵前应用雄激素进行预处理,来提高获卵数及临床妊娠率.%Androgen has a dual impact on follicular growth and development. Moderate dosage of androgen can promote follicular recruitment, growth and development, and reduce follicular atresia. Conversely, excessive androgen may inhibit follicular growth, induce follicular apoptosis and atresia, and eventually lead to ovulation disorder. In recent years, domestic and foreign reproductive centers try to add androgen as an adjuvant to in-vitro fertilization ( IVF) treatment protocols in POR patients, in order to enhance the number of retrieved oocytes and clinical pregnancy rate.
