Objective To understand the situation , awareness of and attitude to premarital check-up among international marriage registration people , to investigate the factors that influence their premarital check-up and to provide bases for premarital check-up regulation of international marriages .Methods Altogether 660 persons with Chinese nationality conducted foreign marriage registration at Anhui Foreign Marriage Adoption and Registration Service Center between May 9 in 2014 and January 29 in 2015 were selected as study objects . Anonymous questionnaire was carried out among them using self-designed questionnaire .Results Total number of valid questionnaire was 647, and valid rate was 98.03%, among which 331 questionnaires were from premarital check-up group and 316 from none check-up group.The main reasons for participating premarital check-up of check-up group were needs for marriage certificate , knowing health status of partner , recommendation of civil affairs department , prevention of birth defects .Reasons for rejecting premarital check-up in none check-up group were complicated formalities , lack of time, conduction of regular checkups that makes premarital check-up unimportant for them.Altogether 90.19%of people stated that they would participate premarital check-up if it was free .Check-up rate in people with low educational level , unemployed and with spouse under 30 years old were higher .Conclusion Awareness of importance of premarital check-up in international marriage registration people in Anhui Province needs to be improved .Free premarital check-up policy may influence the will of participating check-up in newly married people .%目的 了解安徽省涉外婚姻登记人群婚检情况、婚检知晓情况及对婚检的态度,分析影响其婚检行为的因素,为完善涉外婚检制度提供依据.方法 以2014年5月9日至2015年1月29日来安徽省涉外婚姻收养登记服务中心进行涉外婚姻登记的660位中国籍大陆地区新婚者作为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行匿名问卷调查.结果 回收有效问卷647份,有效率98.03%,其中婚检组331份,未婚检组316份.婚检组愿意参加婚检的主要原因依次为办结婚证需要,为了了解男女双方的健康状况,民政部门推荐,有利于预防下一代出生缺陷;未婚检组不愿意参加婚检的主要原因依次为手续复杂怕麻烦,没时间,平时有体检,婚检与否无所谓;90.19%的人表示如果实行涉外婚检免费,自己将同意参加婚检.小学及以下者、无业者、配偶年龄<30岁组涉外婚姻登记人群婚检率更高.结论 安徽省涉外婚姻登记人群对婚检的重视程度有待提高;免费政策在一定程度上能影响新婚人群的婚检意愿.
