Objective To investigate the prevalence of breast disease and breast cancer among women in Yufazhen of Daxing Disrtict . Methods The census of breast diseases of women in Yufazhen between 2006 and 2013 was analyzed .Results The detecting rate of breast cancer was 27.15/100 000 between 2006 and 2013.Analysis showed no significance between prevalence of other benign diseases of breast and that of breast cancer during 2006 to 2013 (both P>0.05), but the difference between prevalence of breast hyperplasia and breast fibroadenoma was significant (χ2 value was 529.11 and 34.74, respectively, both P<0.05).The differences in total prevalence rate and the prevalence rate of breast hyperplasia among different age groups were significant (χ2 value was 567.20 and 527.14, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion Early detection, diagnosis and treatment are effective in improving prognosis and women ’s survival quality.%目的：了解北京市大兴区榆垡镇妇女乳腺患病状况及乳腺癌的发病情况。方法对2006至2013年榆垡镇妇女乳腺疾病普查情况进行分析。结果2006至2013年乳腺癌筛查检出率为27．15／10万。2006至2013年乳腺其它良性疾病和乳腺癌的患病率比较差异无明显统计学意义（均P＞0．05）；乳腺增生症和乳腺纤维腺瘤患病率比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为529．11、34．74，均P＜0．05）。不同年龄组总患病率和乳腺增生症患病率比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为567．20、527．14，均P＜0．05）。结论对乳腺癌进行筛查可早发现、早诊断、早治疗，改变预后及提高妇女生存质量的有效措施。
