目的：调查孕妇对助产士角色和实践范围的认知，为制定助产士门诊工作内容提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法，于2013年3至4月随机抽取在四川省妇幼保健院建卡进行常规产检的100名孕妇进行调查，了解孕妇对助产士的认知和希望在助产士门诊得到的服务需求。结果在对助产士角色认知方面：62．50％的孕妇认可在正常情况下接受助产士服务，47．92％的孕妇不清楚护士和助产士的区别，47．92％的孕妇认为只有医生才可以接生孩子；在对助产士实践范围的认知方面：75．00％的孕妇认为助产士可以为正常分娩做准备工作，仅有14．58％的孕妇认为助产士能在没有医生的指导下独立工作；在对助产士门诊服务需求方面：80．21％的孕妇希望在助产士门诊得到孕前、孕期及产后的保健咨询与指导，77．08％的孕妇希望得到心理、营养及母乳喂养的咨询与指导，75．00％的孕妇希望得到孕产期健康教育和健康促进。结论大多数孕妇对助产士角色和实践范围认识不清，但对得到助产士门诊全程连续性的照护愿望强烈。因此，建立以助产士为主体特点的助产士门诊连续性助产服务模式至关重要。%Objective To investigate the cognition of pregnant women on the role and practice range of midwives , aiming at providing basis for midwives’ clinical work.Methods One hundred pregnant women who underwent routine examination from March to April of 2013 in Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children were chosen randomly .The cognition of pregnant women on midwives and the demand of service in midwives’ clinics were investigated.Results In terms of the role of midwives, 62.50%pregnant women accepted the service provided by midwives , 47.92% couldn ’ t distinguish midwives from nurses , and 47.92% believed that only doctors were capable of delivering babies .As for the practice work of midwives , 75.00%thought that midwives could make preparations for normal delivery , and 14.58%considered that midwives could work independently without the instruction of doctors .In regards of requirements for the service of midwives, 80.21%hoped to get healthcare counseling during pregestation , pregnancy, and postpartum period, 77.08% were willing to have counseling and guidance on psychology , nutrition and breast feeding , and 75.00% hoped to acquire knowledge in health education and health promotion during pregnancy .Conclusion Most pregnant women know little about the role and responsibility of midwives , but have a strong desire for continuous care from midwives .As a result, it is significant to build a continuous midwife-centered service mode .
