Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical treatment effects of aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate on gestational hypertension. Methods Totally 90 cases of gestational hypertension admitted at The Third People' s Hospital of Xuzhou from August 2009 to August 2010 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 45 cases. Group A received intravenous dripped 20g of 25% magnesium sulfate every day in the course of treatment, and the dripping speed was 1g/h. On the basis of treatment given to group A, group B was given preoral aspirin 50mg per day. The curative effects of two different therapies were analyzed. Results The percentage of patients whose hypertension( 86. 67% ), oedema( 82. 22% ) and proteinuria( 73. 33% ) recovered normal level in group B was higher than that in group A [ hypertension( 44.44% ), oedema( 46. 67% ) and proteinuria( 42. 22% ) ] (χ2 value was 17.7638, 12. 4138 and 8. 9271, respectively, all P < 0. 05 ). The percentage of patients who suffered from pregnancy-induced hypertension heart disease( 31. 11% ), kidney failure ( 28. 89% ) and cerebral hemorrhage ( 28. 89% ) in group A after treatment was higher than that in group B [ pregnancy-induced hypertension heart disease( 4. 44% ), kidney failure( 2. 22% ), cerebral hemorrhage( 2. 22% ) ] (χ2 value was 10. 9459 , 12. 1805 and 12. 1805, respectively, all P<0.05 ). Conclusion Aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate haa significant clinical treatment effects on gestational hypertension, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的 探究并分析阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果.方法 选取徐州市第三人民医院自2009年8月至2010年8月间收治的妊娠高血压疾病患者90例,随机分成A、B两组,A组患者45例,治疗过程中静脉滴注25%硫酸镁,每天20g,控制滴速1g/h.B组患者45例,治疗过程中在静脉滴注25%硫酸镁,每天20g,控制滴速1g/h的基础上,加口服阿司匹林,每天口服50mg.分析两种不同用药方式的疗效.结果 B组患者高血压(86.67%)、水肿(82.22%)、蛋白尿(73.33%)恢复正常的比例较A组患者的高血压(44.44%)、水肿(46.67%)、蛋白尿(42.22%)高(χ2值分别为17.7638、12.4138、8.9271,均P<0.05).A组妊娠高血压疾病患者治疗后合并妊娠高血压疾病心脏病(31.11%)、肾功能衰竭(28.89%)、脑出血(28.89%)的比例较B组患者的心脏病(4.44%)、肾功能衰竭(2.22%)、脑出血(2.22%)高(χ2值分别为10.9459、12.1805、12.1805,均P<0.05).结论 阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用.
