Objective To research the effect of Furuyuan inducing-lactation decotion on promoting lactation after delivery. Methods One hundred puerperas with no or little milk-secretion during 1-7 days after delivery were randomly divided into 2 equal groups: treatment group and control group both including 25 cases with spontaneous delivery and 25 cases with uterine-incision delivery, respectively. Control group was treated with elementary nursing intervention project only, but in treatment group the elementary nursing intervention project and Furuyuan inducing-lactation decotion were given for one therapic periodicity. Group analysis and stratified analysis were conducted for difference in breast-milk scores. Results The scores of breast-milk amount in both groups increased significantly after intervention ( ttreatment group = -36.591, tcontrol group = -10.119, bothP<0.05). But puerperas in treatment group who took inducing-lactation decotion had higher score-increasing of breast-milk, and the score of breast-milk amount after intervention was 7. 79 times of it before intervention ( 3. 23 times in control group ). The score of breast-milk amount of puerperas with uterine-incision delivery was significantly less than that in those with spontaneous delivery before intervention ( t = -2.767, P = 0.008 < 0.05 ), but all scores of breast-milk amount of puerperas with uterine-incision delivery and spontaneous delivery increased significantly after taking inducing-lactation decotion ( futerine-incision delivery = - 29. 678 , tspontaneous delivery = - 24.081, both P < 0. 05 ). And the score of breast-milk amount in puerperas with uterine-incision delivery was similar to that of puerperas with spontaneous delivery ( t = - 1.445, P = 0.155>0.05). The score of breast-milk amount of puerperas with uterine-incision delivery after taking inducing-lactation decotion was 14. 60 times of that before taking inducing-lactation decotion ( 5. 36 times of puerperas with spontaneous delivery ). Conclusion Inducing-lactation decotion can improve lactating significantly after delivery, especially in increasing milk-secretion among puerperas with uterine-incision delivery. It is worth applying and popularizing in clinics.%目的 研究"富乳源"催乳汤对促进产后乳汁分泌的作用.方法 将100例产后1～7天无乳汁分泌或乳汁极少的产妇随机分为两组,治疗组50例(自然分娩和剖宫产各25例),对照组50例(自然分娩和剖宫产各25例).对照组仅采用基础调理方案干预,治疗组采用基础调理方案加服富乳源催乳汤治疗一个周期的干预方案.分组及分层分析乳量计分的差异.结果催乳汤对促进产后乳汁分泌的作用:干预后治疗组和对照组的乳量计分均明显增高(t治疗组=-36.591,t对照组=-10.119,P均<0.05),但是加用催乳汤干预的治疗组产妇,干预后的乳量计分增高更明显,其是干预前的7.79倍(对照组为3.23倍).催乳汤治疗对不同分娩方式产妇的作用:干预前剖宫产产妇的乳量计分明显低于自然分娩产妇(t=-2.767,P=0.008<0.05),采用催乳汤干预后,剖宫产和自然分娩产妇的乳量计分均明显增高(t剖宫产=-29.678,t自然分娩=-24.081,P均<0.05)且剖宫产产妇的乳量计分增加到与自然分娩近似水平(t=-1.445,P=0.155>0.05),但催乳汤对剖宫产产妇乳量的增加更为明显,剖宫产产妇采用催乳汤治疗后乳量计分是干预前的14.60倍(自然分娩为5.36倍).结论 催乳汤可明显提高产后泌乳量,其对剖宫产产妇泌乳量的提高更为明显,值得临床应用推广.
