南充地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染状况分析

摘要

目的 调查南充地区女性人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况,为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌防治提供理论依据.方法 采用HPV基因分型技术对南充地区的229例生殖系统炎症女性患者进行HPV亚型检测.结果 229例患者中共检出HPV阳性者119例,阳性率为52.0%.在被测的23种HPV-DNA亚型中,与宫颈癌密切相关的高危型HPV感染占72.3%,高危型以HPV16型最多,其次为HPV33型、HPV18型.不同年龄段女性HPV的感染率及HPV阳性中高危型的比率均有显著性差异(χ2=9.02、6.22,均P＜0.05),其中41～50岁的高危型感染比例最高占87.5%.结论 南充地区女性HPV感染率高,且以高危型感染为主,高危型的易感年龄段为41～50岁.%Objective To investigate prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection among women in Nanchong, Sichuan so as to rnprovide a theoretical basis for prevention of HPV infection and prevention and treatment of cervical cancer . Methods Using HPV rngenotyping technology, HPV subtypes of 229 women with genitourinary inflammation in Nanchong area were detected. Results Among 229 rnwomen, 119 women had positive HPV, the positive rate was 52.0％. 18 high risk types of HPV-DNA subtypes infected accounted for rn72.3％ in 23 types of HPV-DNA subtypes tested. The most frequent high risk HPV subtype was HPV 16, and the nexts were HPV33 type rnand HPV18 type. In infection rates of HPV and proportion of high risk subtypes of positive HPV, there were significant differences among rndifferent age groups of women (x2 = 9.02, 6.22 respectively, both P ＜ 0.05 ), of which, the infection rate of high risk subtypes of HPV in rn40-50 years age group was the highest, accounting for 87.5％. Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection in women in Nanchong is rnhigh, and HPV infection is mainly high-risk HPV subtypes infection. The age of susceptible high risk HPV subtypes is 40-50 years.
