Objective To investigate the therapy for chronic vulva pruritus and to reverse pachymenia and moss-like change without injury.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups. In experimental group microeclogical modifying solution was given to wash vulva,followed by radiation of ATP ray, once a day or once every other day and five times for a course of treatment. In control group fluocinonide and clotrimazole ointment were given alternatively everyday. Results The effective rate was 54.29％ and 100％ in control group and experimental group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (X2＝ 20.74,P ＜ 0.05 ). Vulva pruritus in experimental group was completely cured with prolonged treatment. Conclusion By providing skin mucous membrane with energy, ATP ray can improve local blood circulation, eliminate proinflammatory factors, and make thicken and moss-like skin to recover normal thickness and elasticity.Decoloring skin can pigment with ATP ray. ATP ray is safe and effective to treat vulva pruritus accompanied by skin disorders.%目的 探讨治疗慢性外阴瘙痒并无创逆转皮肤肥厚和苔藓样改变的方法.方法 将患者随机分为两组,对照组每日外阴交替涂抹醋酸氟轻松软膏及克霉唑软膏,治疗组外阴用微生态调节剂水溶液冲洗后,ATP光照射,每日1次或隔日1次,5次为1个疗程.结果 对照组有效率为54.29%,治疗组为100%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.74,P<0.05),经延长治疗后治疗组外阴瘙痒全部治愈.结论 ATP光可以通过给病变皮肤黏膜提供能量改善局部血液循环,消除致炎因子,改善瘙痒症状,使增厚和苔藓样改变的皮肤恢复正常厚度及弹性,使脱色的皮肤色素沉着,治疗伴有皮肤病变的外阴瘙痒有效而安全.
