Objective To analyze the physical development trend of children under 7 years in Beijing. Methods The data in this study were from the survey on physical development of children under 7 years in Beijing in 1975, 1985, 1995 and 2005. Random cluster sampling was used to select healthy children in Han nationality from birth to 7 years old in urban and suburban areas. The children were divided into 22 age groups, and there were about 200 children in each age group for both boys and girls from urban and suburban areas. Results Beijing children s weight and height increased significantly compared with those 30 years ago and the growth increased with age increasing. The differences in height and weight between urban and suburban children were decreased obviously. The increasing of Beijing children' s weight and height was more obvious than that of Japanese children in recent 30 years. Conclusion Beijing children' s physical development has improved significantly in last 30 years. The differences between urban and suburban children are decreasing. Growth acceleration exists in older age groups in recent 10 years.%目的 分析北京市7岁以下儿童的体格发育变化趋势.方法 资料来源于1975、1985、1995、2005年4次北京市7岁以下儿童体格发育调查结果,采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取北京市从出生到不满7周岁城区和郊区的汉族健康儿童,共分22个年龄组,城郊男女每个年龄组200人左右.结果 2005年北京市城郊区男女童的体重、身高较30年前均有明显增长,增长幅度分别在0.02～3.84kg和0.1～9.3cm之间,并随着年龄增长而增大;近10年在2.5岁以上的较大年龄组存在生长加速的情况.男女童的体重和身高的城郊差异较30年前都有明显下降;近30年来北京市儿童体重、身高增长幅度较日本儿童明显.结论 北京市儿童体格发育水平较30年前有明显提高;城郊差异呈现缩小的趋势.
