Objective To explore the efficacy of microecologics living preparation of lactobacillus combining with metronidazole vaginal gel for bacterial vagiosis ( BV ). Methods 266 patients diagnosed with BV only were randomly divided into two groups. They all received treatment and were followed up twice. Observation group included 136 cases treated with living preparation of lactobacillus combining with metronidazole vaginal gel, and control group included 130 cases using metronidazole vaginal gel only. The curative effect was evaluated by indexes of recovery rate, autotherapy rate and recurrent rate. Results The recovery rate of observation group was 84.56％ and that of control group was 75.38％ for BV treatment. The long-term recovery effect of observation group increased by 1. 788 times ( OR = 1. 788 )compared with control group, but the shortterm recovery rate in two groups was similar (X2 = 3. 506, P ＞ 0. 05 ) and there was no significant difference in therapeutic efficacy between two groups (X2 = 4. 555, P ＞ 0.05 ). Four weeks after therapy, the autotherapy rate of patients who were not recovered in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( 28.57％ vs 0, x2 = 10.310, P ＜0.05 ), and the recurrent rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group ( 11.03％ vs 26.92％ ,x2 = 11. O00,P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The microecologics living preparation of lactobacillus, combined with metronidazole vaginal gel, has positive effect on BV and the recurrence rate is low.%目的 探索微生态制剂乳杆菌活菌联合甲硝唑在控制细菌性阴道病(BV)中的效果.方法 选取单纯性细菌性阴道病(BV)患者,进行随机分组,完成治疗及2次随访者共266例,观察组(使用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗)136例,对照组(单一使用甲硝唑凝胶治疗)130例.以治愈率、自愈率、复发率指标综合评价疗效.结果 ①观察组治疗BV有效率为84.56%,对照组为75.38%,观察组的远期治愈效果比对照组增加了1.788倍(OR=1.788),但是两组的近期治愈率相似(χ2 =3.506,P>0.05),且近期治疗效果分布无显著性差异(χ2 =4.555,P>0.05);②未治愈患者中,观察组治疗后4周的自愈率显著高于对照组(28.57% vs 0,χ2 =10.310,P<0.05);③观察组治疗后4周的复发率显著低于对照组(11.03% vs 26.92%,χ2 =11.000,P<0.05).结论 微生态制剂乳杆菌活菌联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病疗效肯定,复发率低.
