蜕膜自然杀伤细胞受体与自然流产研究进展

         

摘要

人类妊娠的生理过程极其复杂,子宫蜕膜自然杀伤细胞是妊娠早期子宫蜕膜中最主要的淋巴细胞,其功能明显区别于外周血自然杀伤细胞,妊娠期间参与蜕膜发生、子宫血管重铸和母胎免疫平衡的调节.蜕膜自然杀伤细胞表面表达多种抑制性和活化性受体,能与主要组织相容性复合物或非主要组织相容性复合物类配体结合,介导自然杀伤细胞处于抑制或活化状态.自然杀伤细胞的功能缺陷可导致复发性流产等病理性妊娠的发生.%Physiological process of human pregnancy is extremely complicated, and decidual natural killer ( dNK ) cells are the most important decidual lymphocytes in early pregnancy. The function of dNK cells is different from the peripheral blood natural killer ( PBNK )cells. They participate in the deciduas developing, recasting uterine blood vessels and regulating maternal-fetal immune balance. Decidual NK cells express many kinds of inhibitory and activating receptors, which can bind with major histocompatibility complex or non-major histocompatibility complex ligand, and regulate NK cells in inhibited or activated state. The defect of the NK cells may lead to pathological pregnancy occurrence such as recurrent abortion.
