Aim Rabbits were vaccinated multiply with ultraviolet-attenuatedcercariae of Schistosoma japonicum,of which the levels of IgG antibody in serum were observed dynamically.At the same time,sera with vaccinated rabbits transfered passively to mice at different time to detect the resistant.The results showed attenuated rabbit sera confered significant levels of protection(51%) when transfered before challenge.This suggested that antibody might play an important role in the protective immunity elicited by uv-attenuated Schistosoma japonicumcercariae mutiply.%目的 本文用紫外线减毒日本血吸虫尾蚴多次免疫兔血清在不同时间被动转移至小鼠体内,并动态观察兔血清中的IgG抗体水平。结果 显示血清在攻击感染前被动转移可激起小鼠较高的免疫保护力(51%),说明抗体在紫外线减毒日本血吸虫尾蚴多次免疫兔诱导的保护性免疫机制中可能起着重要作用。
