After the research of vacant land and green infrastructure in US,taking Richmond's green infrastructure as an example,a systematic planning method of expanding urban green in frastructure network with using urban vacant parcels is introduced,which is based on the scale from urban planning to district planning and neighborhood Finally,7 basic principles of green infrastructure planning based on urban vacant land utilization are summarized:diversity,proactive,systematic,connectivity,accessibility,integrity and multifunction.%在对美国城市空地问题与绿色基础设施的研究中,以美国里土满绿色基础设施规划为例,着重介绍了里士满从城市到区域再到社区尺度一系列利用城市空地扩张城市绿色基础设施网络的系统性规划方法,最终得出了基于城市空地利用的绿色基础设施规划的7项基本原则:差异性、前瞻性、系统性、连通性、易达性、完整性、复合性.
