Objective To discuss application of double laser marking in the radiotherapy of wilms tumor. Methods 9 patients were enrolled from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2010. All patients were located by double Laser marking. Every setup deviation for 9 patients was measured and analyzed after radiotherapy. Results The random setup error was 0.6-2.5 mm in left-right direction, 0.5 -2.0 mm in superior-inferior direction and 0.3 -1.6 mm in anterior-posterior direction. Conclusion The application of double laser marking improves the accuracy in the radiotherapy simulator of wilms tumor. Simultaneously, it will help the patients be safety.
