临床研究不同于日常诊疗,临床医生与临床研究者的角色因职责不同而有所区别.从临床研究和日常诊疗工作的人员资质要求、活动实施流程以及角色冲突平衡等方面,对临床医生与临床研究者的角色与差异进行比较分析,加深临床医生对其不同角色内涵的理解和把握,增强临床医生作为临床研究者的责任意识,提高临床研究质量.%Clinical research differs from routine diagnosis and treatment,and the clinicians and clinical investi-gators differ due to their different responsibilities.From the aspects of personnel qualification requirements,activity implementation process and role conflict balance in clinical research and routine diagnosis and treatment work,this paper compared and analyzed the roles of clinicians and clinical investigators and differences,deepening clini-cians'understanding and grasping on the connotation of their different roles,enhancing the sense of responsibility of clinicians as clinical investigators and improving the quality of clinical research.
