Medically unexplained physical symptoms in patients are abbreviated to MUPS. At present, they are treated as psychological disorders. Beginning with the definition of MUPS and the influence to medical diagnosis and treatment, this article discusses on the countermeasure, patient management, medical practice and medical ed-ucation on the basis of etiology analysis and systematic assessment.%对用当前医学知识无法解释,患者常常自我感觉各种不确定身体不适感的症状统称MUPS,目前常常将其视为心理、精神疾病对待。从MUPS的概念和对临床诊疗的影响入手,在病因学分析及系统评估基础上,从应对措施、患者管理、医疗实践及医学教育等方面进行了初步探讨。
