我国本科教育中的卫生法学人才培养的若干问题研究

         

摘要

我国本科教育中,卫生法学人才培养面临着部分学生的专业思想不稳定、卫生法学人才培养的质量偏低以及毕业生在就业市场上的竞争力亟待提高等问题.原因在于未形成医法融合的培养理念、欠缺医法有机结合与融合的课程体系、实践教学中医法缺少融合、缺乏有实践经验的医法复合型师资队伍及医患和谐、医法和谐的教学与就业伦理导向有待加强.为此,必须树立医法融合的培养理念;加强专业特色课程建设,构建医法融合的课程体系;切实加强实践教学,在实践中实现医法的融合与共通;优化教师的知识结构,提升教师实践教学能力;坚持医法和谐、医患和谐的伦理导向,拓宽卫生法学学生就业渠道.%Health law personnel training in undergraduate education of our country has some problems, such as part of students professional thought is not stable, health law personal training quality is low and graduates in employment market competitiveness should be enhanced urgently, etc. The reason is that the training concept is not medicine fusion with law, lack of course system of medicine organic combination with law, lack of teachers with practical ability and compound ability, not paying attention to the content of practical ability training system, etc. Therefore, fostering training ideas of medicine fusion with law, strengthening the professional characteristic course construction, constructing course system for medicine fusion with law, practically strengthening the practice teaching, and at the same time, optimizing the teaching knowledge structure, improving teachers'practical teaching ability may be the strategies.
