目的 通过对西安市某高校离退休教职员工死亡率、死亡原因进行分析,为进一步制定疾病控制规划和预防疾病策略,降低死亡率提供科学依据.方法 运用回归分析法对某高校2002～2011年10年间离世的离退休人员病例资料进行分析.结果 死亡人数集中分布在70岁～80岁年龄组,男女之间有显著差异(P＜0.01).各种肿瘤疾病居死因之首,心脏病次之,多器官功能衰竭位列第三.结论 为降低高校离退休职工死亡率,应采取以下措施:帮助离退休职工养成良好生活习惯;重视疾病的预防与治疗.%Objective:The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific basis for the further development of disease control programs and disease prevention strategies to reduce mortality through analysis of the cause of death of retired faculty in a university in Xi'an.Methods:Using regression analysis to analyze information on a college 2002-2011 death cases of retired personnel.Results:The deaths are concentrated in the 70-year-old-80 years old age group,there is a significant difference (P ＜0.01) between men and women.Various tumor diseases were the major cause of death,next was the cardiac disease and then the multiple organ failure.Conclusions:The following measures could be taken to reduce mortality of college retired workers,namely,helping retired worker develop good habits in daily life; attaching more importance in disease prevention and treatment; colleges and universities should pay more attention to build healthy living environment.
