Through discussing these responsibilities, the author stressed on the characteristics of perspectiveness and preventability, globality and continuity of the doctor responsibility, which is a strong supplement for only emphasis on the " belief" of the doctors, is also helpful in preventing medical disputes and harmonizing the doctor - patient relationship.
