There are some problems in current medical ethics education such as education marginalization, inflexible teaching ways, disconnection between theory and practice and so forth. In order to improve medical ethics education'validity and pertinence, it should based on medical humanities curriculum, improve medical students' humanistic literacy; carry out the first class teaching content according to the different professionals; enrich teaching form, reform teaching content through the first class teaching; strengthen teaching practice in second class teaching and then improve medical ethics teaching reform.%现行医学伦理学教育中存在教育边缘化、途径单一、理论与实践脱节等问题.为切实提高医学伦理学教育的有效性和针对性,应当以医学人文课程为基础,提高医学生的人文素养;根据不同专业有针对性地开展第一课堂的教学;不断在第一课堂中丰富教学形式、改革教学内容;在第二课堂中强化教学实践来促进医学伦理学教学改革.
