With the development of Assisted Reproductive Technology, favorable and unfavorable accompanying factors also arise simultaneously. For instance, the application of embryos and gametes cryopreservation is increasing. Doctors actively abandon the sub - ranked cryo - preserved embryos for financial consideration. And the demand for scientific research on cryo - preserved embryos and gametes also increases. All those factors jointly led to the regulatory and ethical dilemmas, such as the dilemma in implementing informed consent, the use and free flow of cryo - preserved embryos and gametes, and the superficial ethics review which fails to play its supposed function, and so on.
