目的 了解腹股沟疝手术住院费用的影响因素,为加强住院费用控制提供循证依据.方法 采集某院2012年-2016年腹股沟疝手术出院患者数据,选择具有代表意义的总费用、床位费、护理费、药品费、化验费、诊疗费、手术费、检查费、材料费和其他费等指标进行综合分析,以住院总费用为参考序列,以床位费、护理费等为比较数列,运用新灰色关联分析对相关指标进行分析.结果 结果显示,与住院总费用关联度最大的影响因素依次是材料费,关联度是1;药品费,关联度是0.8023;手术费,关联度是0.7909;与实际情况相符.结论 材料费、药品费的调控是控制腹股沟疝手术住院费用的关键,建议随着新医改的推进继续加大对药品、耗材流通机制及定价机制的管理,合理管控住院费用.%Objective To understand the influence factors of hospitalization expenses inguinal hernia surgery, to provide evidence for the control of hospitalization expenses. Methods Data of discharged patients with inguinal hernia surgery in a hospital in2012-2016were collected, select the representative of the total cost, bed fees, nursing fees ,drugs, laboratory fees, treatment costs, operating costs, inspection fees, materials expenses ,and other indicators for a comprehensive analysis,taking the total cost of hospitalization as the reference sequence,taking the bed fee, nursing fee as the comparative sequence,using the new grey relational analysis to analyze the related indexes. Results The results showed that the most influential factor associated with the total hospitalization expenses was material cost, and the correlation degree was 1; the correlation degree of the drug fee is 0.8023; the operation cost is 0.7909; the coincidence is in line with the actual situation. Conclusion The control of materials expenses and drugs is the key to control the cost of the operation of inguinal hernia surgery,with the new health care reform proposed to continue to increase the flow of drugs, supplies and pricing mechanism management mechanism, reasonable control of hospitalization expenses.
