0bjectives to explore a method to comprehensively evaluate medical work quality.Methods Using multi-object T0PSIS methods,through calculating distance between evaluation objects and idealization objects, this article has a good and bad sequencing.It com prehensively evaluates medical work quality from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital.Results The comprehensive quality appears increasing trend every year except descends som ewhat in 2007, which conforms to the actual situation.Conclusions T0PSIS method is a kind of effective and scientific com prehensive evaluation method, which has greater application value in multi-index evaluation comprehensive of hospital work efficiency.%目的 探讨一种对医疗工作质量进行综合评价的方法.方法 TOPSIS方法是多目标决策分析中一种常用的有效方法,其基本原理是通过计算评价对象与理想化目标的距离来进行优劣排序.本文简单介绍了这一方法,并用这种方法对我院2005-2010年的医疗工作质量进行了综合评价.结果 我院除2007年综合质量有所下降外,其它每年均呈现上升趋势,与实际情况相符.结论 TOPSIS法在医院工作效率多指标综合评价中有较大的应用价值,是一种有效而科学的综合评价方法.
