Objectives Through analyzing evaluation conclusions about 28 cases of medical tangle, we find out causes of medical tangle and search solutions to solving tangle, reducing the tangle occurrence for main tarining interests between doctors and patients. Methods This article have a classification analysis according to occurrence departments, causing of tangle, evaluation results and causing of default, for finding out the deep reasons of tangle occurrence, Results The orthopedics and department of gynaecology and obstetrics are high occurrence departments of medical tangle, which mainly because of incom plete medical records, lack of responsibility of medical staffs, limit of medical technical level and irregular antibiotics using. Conclusions We need quality consciousness of medical records strengthening, medical records writting standard, strict supervision and implement of regulation, communication between doctor and patient strengthening and technical level of medical nursing improvement.%目的 通过对28例医疗纠纷鉴定结论的分析,查找医疗纠纷的成因,寻求解决纠纷途径,减少纠纷的发生,维护医患双方的权益.方法 按发生科室、纠纷成因、鉴定结果、过失原因进行分类分析,找出纠纷发生的深层次原因.结果 骨科、妇产科为纠纷高发科室,主要是病历记录不完善、医务人员责任心不强、医疗技术水平局限及不规范使用抗生素.结论 应强化病案质量意识、规范病历书写,严格各项制度的监管与落实,加强医患之间的沟通,提高医疗护理的技术水平.
