0bjectives To explore the existing safety problems of electronic medical records for searching rationalization management methods.Methods Had analysis on related factors about methods and principles of electronic medicalrecords data backup in our hospital. Results It is found out that there are aseries of problems during practice process of data backups, most of which are artificial operation mistake; subjective factors are mainly disk storage overflow , bad protection, hard ware damage, database safety problems and environment. Conclusions We should improve data backup hard ware equipment and mangement level of softw are system atization, applying multi-backup mode and making sure the safety of electronic medical records data.%目的 探讨医院电子病案方面存在的安全问题,以寻求合理化的管理方法.方法 对我院所采用的电子病案数据备份的方法及原则等相关影响因素进行分析.结果 发现在电子病案数据备份实施过程中出现的一系列问题,多见人为操作失误;客观因素方面主要是磁盘空间溢出,保护不利,硬件损坏,数据库安全问题,以及环境因素等等.结论 改善数据备份硬件设备,提高软件系统化的管理水平,采用多种备份形式,确保电子病案数据的安全.
