恐惧癌症复发是癌症患者在其患病及治疗过程中正常的应激反应.然而,过度的恐惧会降低患者参与治疗的依从性,影响生活质量和社会功能.本文通过查阅文献,对癌症患者恐惧癌症复发的定义、测评工具及目的、影响因素等进行综述,旨在为国内癌症患者的心理护理提供参考.%Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR) is an appropriate stress response among cancer patients during their illness and treatment process.However,excessive fear will decrease the patient's compliance of participating treatment,affect their quality of life and social functioning.The paper reviewed the deifnition of FCR,measurement tools and objectives,and inlfuencing factors to provide reference for psychological care of cancer patients in China.
