The NMR investigation on the stable T2 phase of Al-Cu-Li alloys as an interesting icosahedral phase is reported.^(7)Li NMR spectra and spin-lattice relaxation time at a magnetic field of 2.114T at several temperatures for samples of T2 phase and,for comparison,also of R phase and another typical Al-Li alloy were observed.The Li ions are situated firmly in the lattice sires with higher local symmetry in T2 and R phases.
