25 490例儿童手足口病血清CoxA16-IgM和EV71-IgM检测结果分析

         

摘要

目的 回顾性分析儿童手足口病血清CoxA16-IgM和EV71-IgM表达情况.方法 选取经清远市妇幼保健院确诊的儿童手足口病25 490例,对所有患儿均进行血清CoxA16-IgM和EV71-IgM检测,对检测结果进行统计分析.结果 25 490例患儿共检出血清CoxA16-IgM阳性1 715例(6.73%),血清EV71-IgM阳性3 617例(14.19%),血清CoxA16-IgM和血清EV71-IgM双阳性182例(0.71%).血清CoxA16-IgM阳性率和血清EV71-IgM阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=757.72,P<0.05).男性患儿抗体阳性率为30.15%,女性患儿的抗体阳性率为11.60%,男性患儿与女性患儿抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 325.91,P<0.05).CoxA16-IgM和EV71-IgM均在2~3岁组阳性率最高.结论 小儿手足口病以柯萨奇病毒A16型和EV-71型感染最为常见,尤其是2~3岁年龄段,是手足口病高发阶段.%Objective? To retrospectively analyze the levels of serum CoxA16-IgM and EV71-IgM in children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods A total of 25 490 children with hand, foot and mouth disease diagnosed in our hospital were selected. Serum CoxA16-IgM and EV71-IgM were examined and analyzed in all children. Results A total of 1 715 cases (6.73%) were positive for CoxA16-IgM, 3 617 cases (14.19%) were positive for EV71-IgM, and 182 cases (0.71%) were double positive for CoxA16-IgM and EV71-IgM. There was significant difference between the positive rates of CoxA16-IgM and EV71-IgM (χ2=757.72, P<0.05). The positive rate of antibody in male and female children was significantly different, 30.15% of male and 11.60% of female, respectively (χ2=1 325.91, P<0.05). The positive rates of CoxA16-IgM and EV71-IgM were the highest in 2~3 years old group. Conclusion Coxsackievirus A16 and EV-71 are the most common types of hand, foot and mouth disease in children, especially in the age group of 2~3 years, which is the high incidence stage of hand, foot and mouth disease.
